A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Cardiac Health & Rehabilitation Nurse. This role involves managing outpatient care, delivering rehabilitation classes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated cardiac nurse to join our dynamic Cardiac Health and Rehabilitation Programme, part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s Cardiovascular Health Services.
This role spans across St Mary’s Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, and Ealing Community, with occasional cover at Hammersmith Hospital.
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is the UK’s first Academic Health Science Centre, offering internationally renowned tertiary cardiology and cardiothoracic services, and a strong foundation in clinical and basic science research.
