Carbon Sales Manager - Remote - Renewable Fuels & SAF

Our client is a fast-growing startup connecting sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producers with airlines to scale adoption worldwide. By aggregating supply and demand, they simplify long-term contracts and planning for both sides, with operations already spanning Europe and the U.S. Backed by strong partners and fresh funding, their small but growing team offers the chance to make a real impact in the clean energy transition.

Seeking a Carbon Sales Manager to lead commercially profitable Scope 3 buying and selling within the voluntary SAF carbon market.

Background/Requirements
  • 5 year working experience in the carbon markets with focus on carbon credit and/or insets origination and sales.
  • Working knowledge of SAF Scope 3 markets preferred.
  • Technical experience with CRM, monitoring, and tracking platforms – this person will have the ability to put these systems in place.
  • Looking for someone with the ability to develop relationships with big corporates such as: Microsoft, Meta, Deloitte, etc.
  • Strong sales ability – knows how to convert a lead, speak with customers, and sell the company story.
  • Experience with 1-3 month sales cycles and deals ranging $10k-multi-million.

This is a remote opportunity, with communication and collaboration with global teams.
