Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: £40,000 Basic | £65,000 OTE (Based on Performance & CSI)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (5-day week)

A leading main dealer in the Crawley area is currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead a motivated team in a busy and competitive showroom environment.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of 4 to 5 Sales Executives, driving performance to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels (CSI). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable and forward-thinking dealership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales team
• Set, monitor and achieve monthly sales targets
• Support and coach team members to maximise performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Manage stock, pricing, and presentation of vehicles
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
