Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive in Fareham to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will drive bookings, negotiate prices, and close deals while delivering exceptional service in a busy branch environment.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift, including weekends, with a strong emphasis on meeting targets and delivering strong customer experiences. Training is provided, and progression opportunities exist within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive you will be the main point of contact for our customers and help to ensure the efficient running of the branch.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• May be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites.
