The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you'll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Organising and supervising test drives
  • Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system
  • Following up on leads to build lasting relationships
  • This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong people skills and a professional approach
  • Is confident communicating both in person and over the phone
  • Can work well independently and as part of a close team
  • Is IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
