Listers Group in Leamington Spa is seeking a Volvo Sales Executive to join our dealership. You will greet customers, propose suitable vehicles, and guide them through financing, contracts, and add-ons, aiming for total customer satisfaction.

The role requires building rapport and meeting monthly KPIs, with potential training provided and a company car included. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, Sundays on a rota.

Qualifications

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Match customers with the right car and features to suit their life.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by collecting customer data accurately.
