Listers Group Ltd. in Leamington Spa is seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive for our Volvo Dealership.

The role involves matching customers with the right vehicle, handling financing and contracts, and delivering a high level of service from first contact to handover. You will work Monday to Saturday with Sundays on a rota, enjoy a company car as part of the package, and target-driven earnings with an OTE of £53,650.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driver's license.
• Motor trade or car dealership experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong rapport-building and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, financing penetration and add-ons.
• Accurately collect customer data and comply with FCA and data protection obligations.
