Job summary

Listers Group Ltd is seeking a Car Sales Executive for our Worcester Volkswagen Dealership. The role covers a full spectrum of sales activities from greeting customers to arranging finance and aftercare, with Saturdays and Sundays on rotation. OTE £55,000 and a company car are included.

You will build trust with customers, qualify needs, and maximise opportunities while adhering to FCA and data protection standards. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the right car and features to suit their life.
• Guide customers through financing, contracts and after-sales care to ensure satisfaction.
• Maximise opportunities via follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins and internet leads.
• Aim to achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit and finance penetration.
