A leading automotive recruitment agency in Taunton is seeking a Car Sales Executive to sell vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates must have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. This role offers a competitive salary up to £60k OTE plus benefits including a car. ROLE: Car Sales Executive

LOCATION: Taunton

SALARY: 20k basic, 60k OTE + car + benefits

HOURS: Monday to Saturday 8.00 – 6.00, NO SUNDAYS!

Responsibilities
  • Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
You
  • Sales experience – in the automotive industry or a similarly high value sales environment.
  • Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to exceed targets
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
  • Full UK driving licence
