Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Location: Toyota Enfield, London
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000–£60,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed weekday off), every Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 2 Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00

What You’ll Do
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service

  • Present and explain add‑on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
  • Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
  • Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
  • Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
  • Deliver a five‑star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support
