Car Sales Executive Main Dealership, Cardiff

Are you an experienced, motivated, and target-driven car sales professional? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading Main Dealership group in Cardiff, representing some of the most thrilling automotive brands in the UK.

What this company offers:

• Competitive £23,000 basic, rising to £24,000 after 12 months
• Uncapped OTE of £45 50,000
• Clear opportunities for career progression
• 5 day working week in a very busy, fast-paced operation
• No company car initially, but CBS offered after probation

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am 5:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

Your Role:

As a Car Sales Executive, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed sales. You will:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, including vehicles, finance, and accessories
• Confidently present full knowledge of our brands and products
• Consistently achieve sales targets while following FCA-compliant processes
• Carry out accurate part‑exchange valuations
• Prospect new customers via telephone, events, and other channels
