Overview

We are looking for an Enthusiastic, team playing Car sales consultant to join our main dealer team in Stourbridge

What we offer

• 15000 basic salary with a very good commission structure with an uncapped on target earnings, if you are a keen newcomer (2years experience) then we would expect you to earn 35000+ in your first year. if you are a seasoned sales person, we would expect you to be able to earn 50,000 plus
• The business is open 7 days a week and we work on a 5 day working week one week and a 6 day working week the next which includes Sundays. Giving you a day off in the week and a Sunday off every other week.

Role and responsibilities

• As a car sales consultant you will have the drive and the determination to succeed in this role by wanting to be the best and to do this the right way.
• For this car sales consultant role we would need you to have at least 2 years car sales experience
• You will need to have a full driving licence and live within a commutable distance to Stourbridge
• The Car sales consultant role is all about customer service; this customer centric role requires you to actively listen to the customers wants and needs and, in most cases, exceed this with product knowledge and great service.
• You must be smart, approachable and open. You must be able to speak to people on all levels and understand what they need.
• We will train you to be the best you want to be utilising a sales process that works and by working with the sales manager and senior sales team you will maximise every customer you come into contact with.
• You will be dealing with telephone enquiries, email enquiries, service customers and walk in sales customers.
