Job summary

SIXT in the UK is looking for talent in customer service and sales. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of branch tasks; you’ll learn everything about our vehicles with us.

We offer development opportunities, a guaranteed take-home of £29,004 with a basic salary of £27,204.78 annually, a six-month guaranteed bonus of £300 per month and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £40,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• Fluent English.
• Valid driver’s license with 12 months of driving experience.
• Willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
• Impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile.
