Job Overview

As a Car Park Attendant at our Nottingham sites, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state‑of‑the‑art car park equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers: Providing top‑notch customer service with a smile.
  • Traffic control measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
  • Regular foot patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
  • Grounds maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks such as weeding, painting and cleaning.
  • Painting walls, stairwells and bay lines (training will be provided).
  • Working outdoors and carrying out basic landscaping jobs such as weeding and hedge trimming (training will be provided).
Desired Skills
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills: Tech‑savvy enough to handle our equipment.
  • Full manual UK driver’s licence: Essential for the role.
Work Hours

This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday from 6 am to 10 pm, and variable weekends, working from 8 am to 10 pm.
