Overview

The Car Park and Ancillary Director is responsible for delivering a revenue budget of over £140m per annum through Stansted’s own car parking products and onward travel relationships across rail, coach and private hire. The role sits in the Commercial team and requires a senior leadership presence with wide exposure to commercial and operational functions across the airport.

Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with Cavu, a MAG subsidiary, and coordinate activities across trading and operations to maximise revenue across the car park estate.
  • Drive EBITDA growth and deliver on commercial income targets.
  • Explore and develop new revenue streams for the airport, including partnerships across rail, coach and private hire.
  • Embed a customer service mindset across the workforce and lead operational excellence in a demand‑based high‑volume 24/7 business.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders to drive tactical and transformational change.
Qualifications
  • Senior leader with gravitas who consistently seeks opportunities to drive EBITDA growth.
  • Demonstrable depth of operational experience in both aviation and commercial environments.
  • Expert decision maker with a strong track record of sound business and financial decision making.
