An exciting opportunity for a motivated Car Finance Inside Sales Executive / Finance Broker to join a dynamic car finance business, helping customers find the right finance options while earning uncapped commission in a supportive, high-energy environment.

SALARY

Basic Salary £25,000 - £27,000 per annum / £45,000 - £60,000 OTE (includes a basic salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience) (Uncapped Commission) + Profit Share + Benefits

Bournemouth, Dorset, South West England (100% Office Based)

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm, Friday 9am–5pm, weekend work on rotation

DUTIES

Your duties as the Car Finance Inside Sales Executive / Finance Broker include:

  • Managing Customer Enquiries: Handling inbound leads and discussing tailored finance options over the phone
  • Preparing Quotes: Using lender portals to create accurate and competitive finance quotations
  • Providing Expert Advice: Explaining finance options clearly and supporting customers through the full application process
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team objectives
  • Ensuring Compliance: Following FCA and company procedures in all transactions
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping accurate notes and data within the CRM system
  • Collaborating With Colleagues: Sharing knowledge and supporting team success
  • Promoting Customer Satisfaction: Building strong relationships and delivering excellent service at all times
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience of working in a finance sales or motor finance environment
  • Experience using lender portals and finance quoting systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills

  • Confident telephone manner and ability to handle multiple enquiries
