Job summary

A prominent automotive retailer in Liverpool is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to enhance customer experiences at their Click & Collect branch. You will guide customers through the handover process, manage documentation, and ensure a positive interaction when collecting or selling vehicles. Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Completing the handover and purchase of cars for Click & Collect.
  • Arranging documentation for handover to ensure smooth process.
  • Encouraging customers to share experiences on social media.
  • Helping customers familiarise themselves with their new vehicles.
  • Providing relevant information to customers when assistance is required.
