Job summary

Halfords Careers is recruiting for a customer-focused role in our motoring and cycling teams. You’ll deliver car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing, working with customers on their vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to solve problems and work to targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers’ vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store to wow every customer.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
• Be open to training and progression across Retail or other parts of the Group.
