As a Capture Lead you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth across our defence aerospace and engineering sectors. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape and lead the capture of major opportunities, helping position Babcock to win and deliver on our mission to protect communities and advance national security.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop winning strategies, build strong partnerships and create compelling value propositions. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence the future of our business while accelerating your own career development.
The role is based onsite at one of our main UK locations and the set working times are 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Proven experience managing high‑value pursuits ideally within the Defence sector.
Strong understanding of the full capture lifecycle and its practical application.
Skilled in developing compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with partner organisations.
Deep knowledge of the Defence landscape and market dynamics.
Educated to degree level ideally in business, marketing or a related field.
Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
