Job description

Transavia is opening a new base in Brussels and offering direct-entry positions for up to 10 experienced former Transavia pilots. Are you a former Transavia pilot, willing to work full-time for the first year, and ready for a new challenge? Then we’re looking for you!

As a former Transavia pilot, you must have been out of service with Transavia for at least six months before you can take on a contract at the Brussels base. Because this is not a consecutive contract, you will have to undergo another psychological assessment, a test for psychoactive substance use, and an interview. After that, a selection process will take place, and the 10 best candidates will be chosen. The starting date will be in 2025, depending on availability and vacancies.

Requirements
  • Valid EASA ATPL;
  • Valid ME/IR (A) PBN;
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
  • Valid type rating Boeing 737NG with at least 1000 (current) hours as Captain on type;
  • Total of 3500 flight hours;
  • For Captains/Instructors: qualified as TRI/LIFUS.

Main Employment Conditions
  • Competitive starting salary: €11,000 gross per month, increasing annually (average €300 gross per month), excluding inflation compensation;
  • Permanent contract;
  • Additional compensation per block hour (€39);

  • 14 days off in a 35-day roster period;

  • At least 2 consecutive days off;
  • 14 days off;
  • 20 + 10 days of vacation per year.
