Capital Works Surveyor
Location: Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, SG17 5TQ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 48.09 per hour

Person Specifications

Must Have

  • Degree or HND in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Extensive relevant experience in Housing/Property and contract delivery.
  • Knowledge of Social Housing Standards and Decent Homes Standard.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CDM regulations.
  • Commercial awareness for achieving value for money in contract management.
