• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and building compliance standards.
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM, CIBSE or MIET) is preferred.

• Manage the Voids Programme and Major Fire Works Programme.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks.
