• Minimum 5 years' experience working in capital management within insurance or banking.
• Experience with tasks listed in Main Duties.
• Lloyd's of London capital management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chaucer's capital at group and subsidiary levels.
• Formulate capital policy and related risk framework.
• Create and own capital management plans.
• Oversee execution of debt structures and capital reporting.
