Job summary

PwC UK is expanding its Capital Project & Transformation Leadership team to support defence sector transformation across national and international projects. You will work with multi-disciplinary professionals to lead strategy, mobilisation, and delivery of major programmes, partnering with clients to realise value.

The role involves coaching teams, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business development while adopting new tech, including AI, to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership experience and a strong desire to coach and develop team members.
• Confident communicator able to influence diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex issues into client solutions.
• Interest in adopting AI and new technology.
• Experience with capital and transformation project delivery.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; security clearance readiness.
