The ideal candidate will be a construction or engineering professional with a proven track record of delivering complex capital projects within an estates or public-sector environment. You'll have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of RIBA and CDM regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven project manager to join a supportive organisation where your expertise and initiative will be valued and your work will make a visible difference.

  • Oversee the coordination of design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support the College's long-term capital and estates strategy
  • Promote sustainable design and best practice across all projects
  • Report on budgets, risks, and progress to senior management
The Person
  • Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong project management experience within estates, construction, or public-sector environments
  • Knowledge of RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and building control
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
