Job summary

A UK-based resource management firm is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to support construction and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will offer expert health and safety advice, ensure compliance with legislation, and conduct site inspections. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction safety roles, strong CDM 2015 knowledge, and excellent communication skills. You'll be instrumental in influencing safety culture across multiple sites, making a positive impact on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert health and safety advice to project and site teams.
• Conducting site inspections, audits and hazard management activities.
• Leading incident investigations and identifying corrective actions.

Skills

Experience in a construction or capital delivery health and safety role

Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015

Excellent communication skills

Ability to influence behavioural change

Full UK driving licence

Education

NEBOSH Diploma

CertIOSH (CMIOSH / CFIOSH desirable)
