About you

This is a high profile programme and you will work closely with the programmes existing capital project team developing the various stages of business cases for a future model of care incorporating clinical, digital and estate projects.

You will be a key member of the programme and will work across the teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with the programmes plan. You will be solution focused when working through any problems, and have the expertise to provide leadership, guidance and education to more junior members of the team.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience of managing Tier 1 onsite contractors
  • Experience of working within the NHS
  • Excellent project planning skills with proven Microsoft Project experience
  • Proven experience of producing project documentation, business cases, excellent risk and issue management and clear and concise report writing skills
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • The ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external staff, suppliers and stakeholders
