An NHS trust in the UK is seeking a Capital Project Manager to oversee capital investment and backlog maintenance projects. A Capital Project Manager plays a key role in the Capital Development Team with Estates, Facilities and Development Directorate. The post holder will take ownership and be responsible for coordinating and managing a varied range of Capital Investment and Backlog Maintenance Projects ensuring they are delivered successfully. The post will require extensive on-site experience with managing multiple stakeholders including Contractors, Design Teams, Consultants, Principal Designers, Building Control, Users and Patient Experience Groups. Whilst the post holder will require extension experience in the built environment, it is desirable the postholder will have knowledge and or experience in Civil Engineering.
