ICAEW is seeking a Capital Markets Manager based in the UK with flexible office, home and client working arrangements. You will lead the delivery of capital markets engagements, supervise teams, and interact with senior client stakeholders to provide clear, practical reporting solutions in time‑sensitive environments.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / US CPA) or an international equivalent.
• Experience working with SEC reporting, PCAOB standards and US GAAP.
• Proven experience managing engagement teams, including coaching and reviewing work.
• Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality work in time‑pressured environments.

Aufgaben

• Writing and reviewing financial assurance / diligence reports, comfort letters and transaction documents.
• Interacting with client management to assess assurance information and transaction risks.
• Managing multiple engagements, overseeing delivery, quality and commercial performance.
• Leading on complex accounting issues under IFRS or US GAAP, including GAAP conversions.
