Job description
Overview

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a high performing Capital Markets team at a fast growing mortgage lender.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work alongside the Capital Markets team on a variety of funding projects, including private warehouse, public securitisations, forward flow and portfolio sales.
  • Support interest rate risk management process.
  • Support reporting to various governance forums, including the Secured Funding Forum, Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO) and other executive committees as appropriate.
  • Support development of reporting suite and ad hoc reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of the Funding Plan to maintain funding levels in accordance with risk appetite.
  • Support the wider Treasury team in relation to funding transactions.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong academics with a university degree in a relevant subject
  • Good communication skills both
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible with drive and enthusiasm
  • Experience of working in the Financial Services industry is preferred
