As part of our Capital Investment Team,you’llbe pivotal in leading and developing capital projects supported by Sport England’s Place and other capital investment programmes.You'lladvise and guide applicants on developing capital investment proposals and sustainable facility provision. This role involves influencing and supporting the Local Authority sector to invest strategically, delivering social, health, and economic outcomes for local communities.
We are looking for applicants who have a degree or equivalent vocational experience in strategic planning, sports development, or project management.You’llhave experience in capital investment in a sporting landscape, have strong project management and crucially facility development. Strong experience in implementing effective budget management processes andfinancial managementin relation to capital investment programmes isa must.
