Thames Water Utilities Limited is recruiting for a Capital Efficiency Partner to drive smarter ways of working across major capital programmes. You will build influential relationships, coordinate Finance, Engineering and commercial input, and shape efficiency embeddedness across the organisation.
Based at Clearwater Court, this hybrid role blends office, site and stakeholder engagement, typically 2–4 days per week. A driving licence and access to transport are required.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, build influential relationships and help shape how efficiency is embedded across the organisation.
