Overview

We are working with a Syndicate who are seeking a Capital Analyst to join their team in London. The business operates a flat structure so you will have exposure to the Head of Capital and the Chief Actuary, along with the wider actuarial team. This is a diverse position that will cover Lloyd's reporting and end to end capital modelling processes.

Qualifications / Experience

Our client is ideally seeking someone who has had some form of actuarial experience, whether that's through a placement, internship, or who is already in industry looking for a change. They are open to those from a pensions or life background too. They have a strong preference for capital experience.

Salary

This role is paying up to £37k and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.

Working Conditions

Our client can only consider UK based individuals with full working rights, and are looking for someone to start in January or February 2026. Interviews will happen after the Christmas break.
