Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Capital Allowances professional for a capital allowances manager role based in Reading. You will manage client engagement, review property documentation, and produce comprehensive capital allowances reports while conducting on-site inspections.

You will coordinate with clients, lawyers and project consultants, research relevant legislation, and support business development through marketing and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Prepare engagement letters and ensure compliance with client acceptance obligations.
• Technical Analysis: Review property documentation and construction information for capital allowances.
• Report Preparation: Develop comprehensive capital allowances reports for our diverse client portfolio.
• On-Site Inspections: Conduct surveys and inspections on client properties.
• Client Communication: Draft client correspondence and maintain thorough client files.
• Client & Consultant Meetings: Attend meetings with clients, lawyers, and project consultants to gather and manage project information.
• Research & Legislation: Conduct research on relevant legislation and case law specific to client scenarios.
• Business Development: Contribute to business growth by assisting with marketing, proposals, and other development activities.
