Job description
What will you be doing?
  • Preparing and presenting monthly capital reporting on additions and depreciation to support financial transparency and decision-making.
  • Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness across all asset categories, locations, and projects.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure precise reporting of assets, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Performing key reconciliations monthly, ensuring timely and accurate financial data for reporting and audits.
  • Developing depreciation forecasts in line with group budgets, supporting strategic planning and financial forecasting.
  • Producing bi-annual capital reports at a statutory entity level for the group, complying with relevant accounting standards.
  • Managing audit requirements, coordinating with auditors, and resolving queries efficiently during bi-annual audits.
  • Supporting various ad-hoc reporting needs related to fixed assets, repairs, maintenance spend, and capital allocations as required.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills, capable of prioritising and managing a broad range of activities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V‑Lookups, Sum Ifs).
  • Core expertise in financial accounting, reconciliations, problem resolution, and detailed data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure comprehensive and compliant financial reporting across multiple stakeholders.
