A leading insurance company in Norwich seeks a Capacity Planner to optimize workforce management and resource allocation. The successful candidate will ensure the Claims team is adequately staffed to deliver exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in making sure our Personal Lines (PL) Claims team has the right people in the right place at the right time. By understanding customer demand and predicting future needs, you’ll help us deliver excellent service every day. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Claims and Operations to create and maintain capacity plans that support both short-term service and long-term growth. Your insights will help us manage budgets, plan recruitment, and keep things running efficiently.
