We're a specialist recruitment business and we're looking to hire a Candidate Services Manager to take ownership of our day-to‑day candidate operations. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivery, organisation, and clear communication.

This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things running properly and dealing directly with candidates.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing the job booking and job filling process
  • Searching for candidates using our CRM, CV‑Library, Indeed, and social media
  • Advertising live vacancies across job boards and social platforms
  • Managing candidate onboarding, including compliance checks, KID documents, and timesheet portal setup
  • Chasing weekly timesheets and checking for errors
  • Ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time each week by checking timesheets against client sign‑off
  • Handling day‑to‑day candidate queries
  • Speaking with candidates regularly by phone and email
What we're looking for
  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, candidate coordination, or a similar role
  • Comfortable managing multiple live candidates and deadlines at the same time
  • Well organised and able to prioritise quickly when things get busy
  • Calm, practical, and reliable under pressure
  • Confident dealing with candidates by phone
  • Able to work remotely without close supervision

No formal qualifications are required — relevant experience and the right approach to work matter more.

Language skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Additional languages are an advantage, particularly European languages common in the UK construction sector, but not required
