We are offering an exciting opportunity to help redefine the long-term provision of Breast Cancer services at UHS. We are recruiting a one-year fixed term post to work with clinical and administrative staff to deliver a strategy that supports immediate service transformation and long term benefits for all patients referred to the service. We are seeking an experienced team-player with advanced communication skills that has proven experience in delivering transformation projects within a clinical healthcare setting. Job responsibilities

Specific to this role is the suitability for agile working which is a mixture of on-site and remote working. In addition, we are open to discussing flexibility in the hours that you work. This role is based within a dynamic Cancer Centre team with proven experience in service improvement, working alongside the Cancer Centre management and clinical Breast team within the Women and newborn care group located in the Princess Anne Hospital.
