A leading healthcare provider in England seeks a Cancer Follow-Up Co-ordinator to manage patient follow-ups post-treatment. The role involves supporting patients, coordinating investigations, and liaising with clinical teams to ensure efficient care. Applicants should have strong IT skills, experience in patient communication, and a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent. This position is vital for enhancing patient support and ensuring adherence to cancer pathway standards. An understanding of NHS processes is preferred.

The Cancer Services Team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Cancer Follow-up Coordinators. These roles will work alongside Cancer Support Workers, Clinical Nurse Specialists and the wider Cancer team to ensure patients have a timely, efficient, effective and supported follow‑up period following completion of their cancer treatment. Post‑holders will be based in a specific cancer‑type team and work closely with the clinical and non‑clinical members of that team.
These roles will be based across all our hospital sites – Royal Sussex County Hospital, Worthing Hospital and St Richard's Hospital.
