Job summary

Brighton College is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is to maintain clear glass across all schools and properties in Brighton College, creating pleasant and safe environments.

You will create a cleaning rota, check equipment, and support the cleaning department. Additional cleaning may be required for Open Mornings and College events, including weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license and proven window cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
• Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior glass across all Brighton College sites.
• Create and manage a cleaning rota based on building access.
• Ensure window cleaning equipment is in good working order.
• Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt.
• Assist the cleaning department and handle additional tasks as required.
• Support Open Mornings and College events, possibly on weekends.
