Job summary

A leading educational institution in Scotland is seeking a Campus Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and manage reception duties. The position requires prior experience in reception service and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • Experience of providing a frontline information/reception/telephony service.
  • Competent IT skills and excellent inter‑personnel skills with a customer‑focused approach to work.
  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, tact, diplomacy and integrity required in the post.
