We are seeking proactive and approachable Campus Officers to work across our college campuses, maintaining a visible and supportive presence for students and staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to students' college experience by encouraging attendance, engagement, positive behaviour and wellbeing.
As a Campus Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout the college day, building positive relationships and helping to create a calm, welcoming and respectful campus environment. You will work closely with Safeguarding, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Mentoring and Curriculum teams to identify concerns early and ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
