About the Opportunity:

As we prepare to open our doors to a BRAND NEW CAMPUS in Newcastle City Centre, scheduled to open February 2026, we are looking for a Campus Manager to be responsible for all campus operations and provide a first-class student experience.

You will :

  • Lead the launch of a new campus from day one!
  • Manage onsite facilities and ensure operational excellence through the day-to-day campus operations, ensuring academic and support services meet regulatory requirements and Arden's values.
  • Lead and manage our Student Hub Team, the central point of contact for students at our brand new campus.
  • Manage escalated Student Queries / Cases.
  • Engage and motivate students and staff, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Create meaningful and memorable student experiences.

Please note: occasional evening work may be required during peak periods.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced higher-educational professional with a strong background in the day-to-day operational management of a regional office or educational centre. You’ll bring excellent people management skills, alongside strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in running education operations and student experience services.
  • A strong awareness of developments in the higher education sector and the external professional environment.
  • A proven track record in team management, coaching, and performance development skills.
  • A hands‑on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment are essential to success in this role.
  • Strong planning, project management, and resource allocation abilities.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Passion for delivering a high-quality student experience.
  • Experience in budget monitoring and resource planning.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience planning large events or student engagement activities.
