Job summary

A higher education provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Campus Maintenance Technician to handle preventative and reactive maintenance, building upkeep, and health compliance. The ideal candidate will have an 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and experience in building maintenance, particularly M&E systems. Additionally, a flexible and proactive attitude is essential, along with a full, clean driving licence. Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations, or equivalent NVQ, or demonstrable experience to the same standard
• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems
• Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques
• A flexible and proactive approach to work with a “can do” attitude
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for the equipment and chemicals being used
• Interpersonal skill and ability to work on your own but part of the wider facilities team
• Full, Clean Driving Licence
