Job summary

Five Rings is a London-based quantitative proprietary trading firm seeking a new Quant Trader. Graduates in 2026/2027 will gain unrivaled experience on the trading desk and in the classroom, learning to tune models, execute trades, and adapt to real-time market feedback.

From day one you will work with senior traders and quants, collaborating with software developers to build and optimize trading models in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Traders manage their unique strategies in rapidly evolving live markets.
• They tune model parameters to reflect prevailing conditions, execute trades based on model recommendations, evaluate real-time feedback, and reincorporate this information into their models in a continuous feedback loop.
• New hires work closely with senior traders – analyzing risks and rewards, exploring new strategies, collaborating with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models.
• Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, and integrate them into our trading strategies and systems.

About the Role
