Qualifications

• Must have a proactive approach to work with a 'can do' attitude.
• Knowledge of refurbishment techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for equipment and chemicals is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on buildings.
• Monitor condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects as needed.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and within a team

Education

Electrical Installations Certification or equivalent NVQ
