Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, security, and upkeep of college buildings and grounds.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to appropriate departments.
• Undertake basic painting and decorating tasks.
• Secure buildings at the end of the day.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies following procedures.
• Control site access and issue keys.
• Perform basic grounds maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Report health and safety hazards.
• Assist with room setup and breakdown for events.
