Academia Group in Cardiff is seeking an Endpoint and Application Engineer to deliver day-to-day endpoint management, application packaging, deployment and remediation on the University campus. This onsite role collaborates with the Technical Services team to align with service desk needs during teaching, enrolment and exams, delivering tangible improvements and strong user experience.

Qualifications

• 2nd Line Endpoint Engineering, EUC, Modern Workplace or Infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows 10/11 and Windows Autopilot experience.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Management: Administer and support Intune-managed Windows devices including config, compliance, security, patching and lifecycle management.
