Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in Building Engineering Services maintenance.
• Self-motivated with good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in management of electrical building services

Responsibilities

• Lead management, maintenance and design of key electrical systems.
• Ensure services are maintained and available for staff and students.
• Oversee reactive and planned maintenance and legislative compliance
