Candidates should hold a degree, a teaching qualification and a track record of senior curriculum management, with excellent stakeholder engagement and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Extensive FE teaching/learning experience at senior level.
• Knowledge of curriculum issues and instructional leadership.
• Ability to lead curriculum development and school improvement.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Provide strategic leadership for curriculum management across multiple campuses.
• Drive data-informed school improvement and performance across departments.
